Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the facilities manager, the Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing maintenance and service duties including waste disposal, landscape upkeep, snow clearance, and general building and property maintenance.
Essential Qualifications:Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid driver's license. Certifications in HazMat, landscaping, or other relevant trade licenses as necessary.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of relevant experience, including grounds maintenance experience, is required.
Work Environment:
Memorial Hospital
- Facilities Management
Work Schedule:
Full Time, Day/Evening, 40 hours per week
