Job Summary

As an Assembly Technician at REXNORD INDUSTRIES/STEARNS DIVISION, you will be responsible for assembling and adjusting various types and styles of products from start to finish. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and adjust products according to specifications
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Prepare units for shipping with proper documentation
  • Use hand tools and small power tools to perform tasks
  • Follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Enter job details into a computer system
  • Perform shipping and receiving responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write English, add, subtract, count, and record with extreme accuracy
  • Ability to enter information into a computer system
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform tasks that require fine motor skills
