Job Responsibilities:
As an Inclusive Education Instructor, you will:
1. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes effective learning.
2. Design and implement educational experiences aligned with approved curricula and state standards.
3. Develop tailored lesson plans and instructional materials to meet individual student needs.
4. Clearly communicate learning objectives to students in an organized manner.
5. Facilitate both small and large group instruction using research-based practices.
6. Utilize technology to enhance the educational experience.
7. Assess student progress and maintain accurate records as mandated by law and district policy.
8. Engage with guardians to discuss student development and progress.
9. Collaborate in team reviews regarding the academic performance of at-risk students.
10. Implement Individual Education Plans effectively.
11. Supervise students during school activities and on school grounds.
12. Ensure the safety of students, materials, and facilities.
13. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
