Position Summary

This role involves a range of responsibilities focused on the observation and tracking of video EEG within the Pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (PEMU). The position is vital for ensuring the safety and well-being of pediatric patients undergoing EEG monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure continuous and effective video and audio monitoring of EEG patients utilizing XLTEK equipment, promptly addressing any recording issues that may arise.
  2. Maintain and share current recording status updates for ongoing continuous EEG sessions.
  3. Engage in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  4. Execute various job-related tasks as assigned to support the department's operations.
