Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality work consistently and punctually
- Greet clients warmly and explain the day's tasks courteously
- Listen to customer feedback and provide professional recommendations
- Utilize Chem-Dry's specialized cleaning methods as trained
- Inform clients upon task completion and address any unusual findings
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles and equipment
- Support upselling opportunities with existing clients
- Adhere to assigned routes and drive safely
- Ability to understand simple instructions and written communications
- Capable of composing detailed written correspondence
- Effectively present information to clients in individual or small group settings
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs using proper techniques
- Perform duties with a focus on safety and respect for customer property
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Previous experience is advantageous but not required
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
