About the Role:
The position of Quality Assurance Specialist is available at our esteemed organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Determine measurable quality improvement plans to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and make recommendations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor, test, and inspect products to meet specified standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Review customer and engineering drawings for identification of key characteristics and critical items to ensure accurate interpretation.
- Participate in Change Board and MRB Board meetings to discuss and resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform and lead internal audits to ensure readiness for external audits and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform and lead root cause analysis to identify causes and specify appropriate preventive actions.
- Assist the Quality Director in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Evaluate and improve supplier performance to ensure compliance with aerospace and military standards.
