About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team at Physicians Care in Chattanooga, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician
  • Ensure quality control procedures to guarantee quality exams are performed
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care
  • Ensure equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions to the Area Manager or provider on duty
  • Follow documentation procedures and complete required documentation related to patient visit
  • Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills with the support and assistance of outside educational resources
  • Responsible for maintaining current licensure and certification for the facility radiology equipment and licensure

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ARRT certification
  • TN State X-Ray License
  • BLS Certification
