Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care for Med/Surg patients
- Monitor patient activities and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed
- Develop and implement individual patient care plans in accordance with nursing standards
- Initiate, regulate, and manage IV therapy for assigned patients
- Assume responsibility for patient placement and assignment of care responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one year of acute care hospital experience in an area of specialty preferred
