Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Colchester, Vermont.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family regarding speech therapy on an on-going basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document and report findings accordingly.
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • One to three years' experience as an SLP preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
