We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Review project details to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on-site and off-site.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Monitor work progress daily and plan ahead to prevent problems.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or relevant field experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
