Job Title: Housekeeper (Full Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Make up beds and change linens as required, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
  • Contribute to team efforts, working collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including responding to spills and broken glass, and disposing of trash in a sanitary manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, with open availability preferred.
