Dairy Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dairy and frozen cases, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dairy and frozen cases, including sweeping and mopping floors, and removing hazardous debris
• Stock and face dairy products, ensuring accurate pricing and tagging
• Rotate and inspect dairy products, discarding expired or spoiled items
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with purchases and product selection
• Receive and inspect products for accuracy and quality
• Monitor point of purchase signs and ensure a variety of recipe cards, coupons, and promotional materials are available
• Operate equipment such as knives, scales, and compactors
• Use knowledge of scales and weight measures to accurately weigh and label products
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and preparation
• Walk the department regularly to ensure a clean and organized appearance

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks and multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Be able to lift and move boxes and crates weighing up to 60 pounds
• Be able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift
• Adhere to all safety, health, and OSHA regulations
