Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meat Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a Meat Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized meat department, and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meat Department Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized meat department, including restocking shelves, rotating product, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced.
  • Product Handling: Handle and process meat products, including grinding and cutting, to ensure that they are fresh and of high quality.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the meat department is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
