Job Title: CNA/STNA/Caregiver

Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and physical therapy exercises.
  • Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment.
  • Valid CNA/STNA certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
