We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-known Health center located in Princeton, NJ.
Job Type: Contract, Minimum of 13 weeks, possibly longer
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 16:30)
Requirements:
- NJ or Compact RN license required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS required
- Prior Home Health Experience required
- OASIS experience preferred
- Caseload includes varied diagnoses; primarily cardiac, ortho, neuro and oncology
- Large number of patients requiring wound care, medication management, patient teaching and line/drain care
- Experience with Wound Vacs, Pleurx Cath drainage, and drains (e.g. nephrostomy tubes, surgical drains, etc)
- EPIC Charting-Remote Client experience preferred
