We are in search of an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead and manage the

payroll and benefits operations within our organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, possess robust analytical capabilities, and have a comprehensive understanding of payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.

Oversee and manage the payroll processing for the organization
Facilitate daily benefits administration including onboarding, open enrollment, COBRA, Life Event modifications, and compliance assessments
Serve as a reliable resource for managers and employees, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring resolution of any payroll or benefits inquiries
Administer the company and state leave of absence protocols
Educate and guide employees on the payroll procedures and benefits offered

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience
Experience with payroll systems in WA, OR, or CA
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US regions.


Salary is determined by multiple factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive compensation package, alongside a full suite of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

The target salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 annually, contingent on experience.
