KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the efficient functioning of the Chip Bank, Marker Bank, NRT, and Main Banks, including front and fill windows as required.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal control procedures, and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain sufficient levels of coin and currency in designated areas, ensuring all currency cassettes are filled.
  • Guarantee that all service windows are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Uphold all key control protocols.
  • Verify the accuracy and timeliness of coin shipments and currency deposits.
  • Organize the contents of the banks for easy counting during shift changes.
  • Complete all job-related documentation as per internal control guidelines.
  • Participate in meetings as required.
  • Prepare Currency Transaction Reports in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct verifications to ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Engage in chip exchanges with other establishments as necessary.
  • Assist in training new banking staff.
  • Manage NRT kiosks, including maintenance, reconciliation, and inventory monitoring, and assist with emptying and filling as needed.
  • Support patrons with transaction-related inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to learn specific job functions, complete detailed tasks, and maintain knowledge of essential concepts and techniques.
  • Basic math skills are required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
