We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Carpenter to join our dedicated framing team. This role is essential in the construction of frameworks for new residential projects. The ideal candidate will engage in various tasks on construction sites, which may include operating tools, performing carpentry duties, and adhering to safety regulations.

• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble structural components such as beams, walls, and roofs using a variety of tools to ensure robust construction.
• Demonstrate precision in measuring and laying out building designs, utilizing problem-solving skills and attention to detail to comply with safety standards and building codes.
• Exhibit physical endurance and the capability to work at heights while effectively interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of construction sites, including the efficient assembly and disassembly of temporary structures.
• Handle the loading and unloading of materials and equipment from delivery vehicles with care.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform general upkeep tasks, such as organizing tools and materials, and managing waste appropriately.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and subcontractors to coordinate work activities and meet project timelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards consistently.
• Show a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as necessary.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift heavy items, exceeding 50 lbs, is essential for performing job duties.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Strong communication skills are vital for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Previous experience in framing is preferred.
