Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and friendly Bakery Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain an extraordinary guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

You'll act as a company advocate, embodying our Sprinkles Culture and promoting our brand values. This includes:

  • Providing exceptional guest service and adhering to our policies.
  • Practicing proper credit card and cash handling procedures.
  • Demonstrating teamwork skills and assisting fellow coworkers.
  • Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A passion for the Sprinkles product, brand, and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace.
  • The capacity to lift at least 25 pounds and move around the front of the bakery.
