Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team. As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, counting, and storing inventory, as well as recording receiving data using a computer and company software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Count and record inventory using a computer and company software
  • Pack and unpack stock items properly and accurately
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments
  • Communicate with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues
  • Deliver products and supplies to designated areas
  • Work closely with purchasing to track shortages and resolve delivery issues
  • File purchase orders correctly based on company policy

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus
  • Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle
  • Knowledge of construction and industrial products
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Pay Range

$17.40-$23.10 Hourly

Hawaii law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
