Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality room preparation.
  • Room Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the front office, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily assignments, maintain key control systems, and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
