Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promoting their independence through family and social activities.
  • Identifying any medical or behavioral changes in residents and developing, monitoring, and reassessing care plans.
  • Providing daily updates to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, staff performance, resident health, and nursing supply needs.
  • Administering nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing practices and policies.
  • Ensuring residents receive preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services while coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current nursing license valid in Florida.
