Job Description
Become a part of our dynamic team at Bank of the Pacific as a Cash Handling and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and resolve customer service issues. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions and provide top-notch support to clients.

Key Tasks:
  • Provide world-class customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, adhering to Bank of the Pacific's policies and security protocols.
  • Research and resolve customer service issues within established authority, collaborating with internal departments as needed.
  • Contribute to branch integrity by performing daily tasks, such as ATM balancing, night drop processing, and lobby rate sheet monitoring.

Salary and Benefits Package: The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
