We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $17-$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus a no-cap productivity bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Department Supervisor, you will oversee the electric department and provide electrical services to residential and light commercial clients.

• Supervise and manage a team of electric technicians.
• Maintain high-quality work standards and ensure efficient project completion.
• Conduct site visits to assess job sites and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience as an electrical technician.
• Strong knowledge of electric codes.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
