Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently strip and clean forms
- Assist in tasks such as finishing, patching, cage construction, equipment operation, and general maintenance
- Apply oil to forms as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Prepare and install rebar or reinforcing wire
- Accurately place inlets and outlets
- Pour and finish concrete within forms
- Ensure cleanliness of tools and work areas throughout the day and at the end of each shift
- Handle material movement, including lifting and replacing parts
- Deliver finished products that are free from cracks and imperfections
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete work is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality control processes

Work Environment:
Employees may be frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, employees may be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, and communicate verbally. Employees must occasionally lift or move products and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.

Position Type:
This is a full-time role with work hours from Monday to Friday, 5 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed.
