We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, NM. As a day shift, full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

With a competitive salary of up to $115,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, you will be well-compensated for your hard work.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and current licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico. A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, as well as one year of related experience.

Your responsibilities will include performing physical therapy assessment procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing detailed documentation of patient care. You will also participate in mentoring and training of clinical support staff, new professional staff, and students/volunteers, as well as contribute to departmental performance improvement and clinical program development.
