Pharmacist-In-Charge Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail pharmacy and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team.
  • Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives as developed by the division pharmacy department.
  • Perform all the duties required and expected of a registered pharmacist in the state of employment and responsible for following all legal and company requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Pharmacy required (B.S. or PharmD).
  • Licensed pharmacist in state where working.
  • Knowledge of laws governing OTC drugs, pharmacy products, and third-party plans.
  • Immunization Certificate.
  • Customer relations skills including meeting customer needs and establishing an exceptional service environment.
