Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Harris Regional Hospital. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality care.
About the Role:- Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety in a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit.
- Work alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide comprehensive care.
- Take advantage of self-scheduling application and flexible work arrangements to balance your work and personal life.
- A competitive salary and a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift, with a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift with a 1-year commitment.

- A valid RN license in NC or a compact state.
- AHA Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire, and AHA ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred, but not required.
