Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Private Duty Nurses. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children and adults in the comfort of their own homes. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip new graduates with the skills and confidence to succeed in this rewarding role. As a Private Duty Nurse, your responsibilities will include implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and documenting care provided. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes instructor-led training, competency demonstrations, and in-home precepting with an experienced nurse. • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Document care provided in system of record
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
• Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
• Follow up with physician, client, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client problems, concerns, and/or changes in client condition

**Qualifications:**

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Reliable transportation
