Job Summary

Advanced Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our team in Marlboro, NJ. As a key member of our multidisciplinary wellness center, you will play a vital role in assisting our physical therapy, occupational therapy, and chiropractic departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care by greeting patients warmly, managing patient flow, and helping to put patients at ease and allay fears.
  • Assist in the application of heat/cold packs and help patients onto exercise equipment, monitoring motion while performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques.
  • Work closely with our chiropractors and therapists to educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.

Requirements:

  • Mature and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and think independently.
  • Relevant work experience in personal training, fitness, exercise, or healthcare.
