Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Meet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location, accurately priced, and up-to-date in our computer system.
- Parts Department Maintenance: Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards and expectations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service, ensuring the customer's needs are met.
- Sales and Marketing: Inform customers of any current specials and promotions, and provide recommendations on parts and accessories.
- Work Schedule: Work 40 hours a week, including every other Saturday, and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience: Two or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with a strong background in sales and customer service.
- Education: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency, with a strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license in the state of New Mexico, and the ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.
