Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Med-Surg Telemetry

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Medical-Surgical Unit as a Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague. This is a part-time position with a 24-hour workweek, with the possibility of flexing to evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. This will involve assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with medical-surgical conditions
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • RN licensure issued by the PA Board of Nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher level nursing degree
  • Completion of the Nurse Residency Program or more than 15 months of practice
  • CPR Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support
