We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our team at Advocate Health. As a Pharmacy Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced pharmacy environment and develop your skills in medication preparation, patient interviews, and inventory management.

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
• Conduct patient interviews to obtain medication histories
• Perform duties related to medication ordering, receipt, stocking, and inventory control
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Currently enrolled in an accredited or approved program in Pharmacy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

This is a full-time position that requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting. You must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, climb, twist, crawl, and reach above shoulders. You may be exposed to chemical hazards.
