Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

At Monro, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. As an Automotive Mechanic/Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest vehicles, including brakes, suspension, and tire installation.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver 5-star guest experiences and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck to pick up inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset, with a commitment to honesty and integrity.
  • ASE automotive certification in at least one of A1-A8, or equivalent experience.
