Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packer to join our 2nd shift team at Rich's, a leading food company dedicated to inspiring possibilities. As a Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and package cooked meats for distribution
  • Set up and monitor packaging equipment, including carton formers, bulk scales, metal detectors, and date code printers
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to GMP and safety guidelines
  • Report safety concerns and take corrective action when necessary
  • Work overtime as required
Requirements
  • 18 years old or older
  • Basic math and computer skills, good communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Standards
