BAYADA Home Health is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories throughout Atlantic County.

This is a full-time position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, as well as vision, dental, and medical health plans.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits to clients, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.

You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.

Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
