This salary is based on an estimated hourly rate of $28-35/hr, assuming a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.

Job Description

As a PTA with PRN, you will deliver compassionate care and collaborate with colleagues to help patients achieve their goals. You will follow individualized treatment plans, utilize advanced EMR systems, and build connections with patients and the community in Chula Vista.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program
  • Active PTA license in California
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
