About the Position
We are recruiting an anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly compensation range for this position is $240.38 - $264.42. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, flexible spending account or health savings account, retirement plans (401(k) and 457(b)), relocation assistance, employer-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability programs, time off, and mental health and well-being programs. Furthermore, as a non-profit organization, we are eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Requirements
- Completed ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Board-certified Anesthesiology (ABA) or eligible and will become board certified within 24 months of training completion
- State of Washington Medical License
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
