Job Summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a skilled Class A Driver to join our team. As a Class A Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to our retailers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to Ace Hardware retailers
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of products
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year Class A tractor-trailer on-road experience or comparable experience with large military vehicles
  • Verifiable driving experience must be within the past 3 years
  • No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years
  • Valid CDL
  • Hazardous material endorsement or 90 days to obtain
  • Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card prior to onboarding
  • Must be willing to participate in the DOT random drug testing program
