Position Overview:
Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience in a timely and professional manner, addressing customer needs and inquiries.

Position Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to address inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, services, and products.
- Apply appropriate sales and retention strategies to effectively process customer requests for service changes.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and coordinate on-site service appointments as needed.
- Process customer payments, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and post customer adjustments.
- Manage the issuance and return of equipment from customers.
- Ensure compliance with inventory controls and equipment maintenance according to established policies.
Exhibit courtesy and patience in customer interactions, clearly explaining all aspects of billing, products, and services currently available.
Regular attendance is required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Required: 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or consumer sales.
- Preferred: Over 3 years of customer service and cash handling/reconciliation experience.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Effective cash handling skills.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record may be necessary for certain locations.
- Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Sales aptitude and a willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Occasional travel to other regional sites may be required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
