Job Summary:

About the Role:
The Nurse Clinician will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work closely with our healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to sit, stand, walk, and move around frequently throughout the day. Regular exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous cleaning solutions may occur.
Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
