Requirements

• Broad-based knowledge of Employee Relations/Labor Law and Organization Design.
• Decisive and experienced leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
• High-energy and confident team player who can collaborate cross-functionally with executive management.
• Strong communicator attuned to satisfying the needs of customers, both internal and external.
• Problem-solving skills and motivation to succeed in a collaborative win-win manner.
