Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Primary Care team, you will be an integral part of delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical intervention, including drug administration, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the provider and within the scope of practice.
- Collect and document patient information, including vital signs, chief complaint, review of medications, allergies, health risk screen information, and other services.
- Direct patients to the appropriate team member to resolve issues prior to and after the primary care appointment.
- Participate in the monitoring of patients with chronic diseases and ensure that patients meet post-hospital visit requirements, medication refills, and follow-up appointments.
- Function as a member of the interdisciplinary team to facilitate care and assist RNs with the coordination and completion of patient care plans.
- Active unrestricted NV licensure, with the ability to obtain a permanent LPN NV license upon expiration of the temporary license.
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of/experience with patient teaching.
- Ability to administer medications and injections.
The hourly range for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
