Position Overview:
The Healthcare Relationship Manager will cultivate and sustain robust connections with local healthcare providers to enhance the influx of referrals for White River Health System's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the WRHS Medical Staff to improve overall satisfaction among referring providers and their patients.
- Address and resolve any concerns raised by referring physicians in a timely manner.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in various initiatives aligned with WRHS's marketing strategy.
- Conduct analysis of patient volume data to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of website and social media marketing campaigns.
The Healthcare Relationship Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing at White River Health System.
