Responsibilities
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring the highest level of care and respect for each patient's unique needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Current ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
  • BSN degree preferred.
