  • Under the supervision of a Cardiologist, Cardiac Sonographers perform ultrasound examinations to assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular diseases. They are accountable for specific imaging procedures and may provide guidance in specialized techniques.
  • The primary objective of this role is to ensure the well-being of patients, striving to deliver exceptional results as a Cardiac Sonographer.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Expertise in cardiac anatomy, physiology, procedures, and equipment, typically gained through an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
  • Licensure/Certifications: State licensure, along with RDCS or RCS certification in Cardiac Sonography, and a current BLS certification are required.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
