In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the contract, ensuring robust cybersecurity posture, and driving continuous process improvement within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all cybersecurity compliance activities, collaborating closely with the Sustainment Division Chief to ensure program-wide adherence to established standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical direction to Division Managers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and best practices in IT operations.
  • Orchestrate schedules and resources to deliver on-time, within-budget performance across all aspects of the contractual effort, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Serve as the Government's principal point of contact for technical, operational, and process teams, effectively communicating project status and addressing stakeholder concerns.
  • Oversee activities related to Cybersecurity, Service Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to identify and resolve technical challenges, leveraging expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet mission requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and relevant Department of Defense (DOD) policies and standards.
Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a strong background in cybersecurity operations, IT management, and program execution within the U.S. Army environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • One of the following certifications: CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Willingness to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
  • Active security clearance in good standing.
