Your Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Operations Leader, you will utilize both technical and managerial expertise to guide, mentor, and train your team in delivering exceptional customer service.   • Oversee the daily operations of the service center, including hiring, training, and managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and achieving financial goals while adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center.
  • Guide, lead, and develop your team to enhance their skills.
  • Conduct and instruct others on automotive preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and light inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service center while ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Exemplify superior customer service leadership.
  • Build trust and foster repeat business from loyal customers.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Friendly demeanor and a willingness to collaborate within a customer-focused team.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the automotive service industry.
