**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash and recycling.
  • **Restroom Services:** Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • **Furniture and Fixtures:** Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • **Glass and Mirrors:** Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
  • **Dusting and Polishing:** Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
  • **Cleaning Solutions:** Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
  • **Equipment Maintenance:** Assist with equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance.
  • **Laboratory Equipment:** Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment.
  • **Event Support:** Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events.

**Requirements:**

  • **Effective Communication:** Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • **Creativity and Motivation:** Creativity, motivation, and drive.
  • **Professional Decorum:** Must maintain professional decorum at all times.
  • **Multi-Tasking:** Multi-task oriented.
  • **Education:** High school diploma or GED.
  • **Work Schedule:** Third shift 11:00pm-7:30am or 12:00am - 8:30am. Flexibility is required.
