About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Building Structures team at EXP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the execution of projects, including structural analysis, design, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structural analysis and design for building projects, including calculations, sketches, and drawing production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.
  • Engage in a variety of project types, including mission critical and data center buildings.
  • Work independently and as part of a diverse team to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in building design and structural analysis.
  • Strong understanding of structural analysis software, including RAM, RISA, and ETABS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Engineering licensure and Structural Engineer certification.
